My Iron Palm system comes through Grandmaster James Lacey and reaches back over 400 years to the Shaolin temples in China. Shaolin monks and nuns created the meditations and conditioning that I share, and I have trained continuously since 1978 to preserve their methods. I began training in martial arts in 1978 in Detroit, studying Isshinryu Karate-Do under teachers such as Richard Gibki, Grandmaster Willie Adams, Grandmaster Donald Bohan, and Grandmaster James Lacey. That journey shaped how I move, think, and teach today. My Real Iron Palm system carries Grandmaster Lacey's direct Shaolin lineage, linking you to methods refined across centuries, not created on social media. I have spent decades testing these practices on my own body and guiding students through Vibrating Palm, Shattering Palm, Explosive Palm, Burning Palm, and Iron Foot training. My role is to mentor you step by step, protect your hands and feet, and show you how to combine conditioning, chi cultivation, and focus so that your power grows steadily and safely.
